An Important Step in Our Faculty is Accreditation Process

Message from the Dean Prof. Dr. Hakan BULUT
Our faculty, established by the Decree No. 2012/3209, published in the Official Gazette No. 28332 on June 23, 2012, has made significant progress over time by completing the establishment and development of its laboratory infrastructure and animal hospital.
As part of our goal to elevate the quality of education and training to higher levels with the completion of planned classroom investments, the Accreditation Commission has been established to initiate the national (VEDEK; Association for the Evaluation and Accreditation of Veterinary Medical Education Institutions and Programs) and international (EAEVE; European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education) accreditation process, and studies have begun to identify deficiencies in the application process.
The contributions of our academic and administrative staff have played a crucial role in bringing our faculty to where it is today, forming a strong foundation for our future success. In particular, we would like to express our gratitude to Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University Rector Prof. Dr. Mümin ŞAHİN for his significant efforts in the establishment and development of our animal hospital. As we move forward together in this process, we will continue our efforts with determination to further enhance quality standards and provide the best education to our students.
I sincerely hope that this important process will be beneficial for our faculty and extend my gratitude to all those who have contributed.
